St. Petersburg, FL 33701
We are located on the first floor of the historic Palais Royale Building at the corner of Second Street and Second Avenue N in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. We are near Baywalk, The Pier, the Museum of Fine Arts, Straub Park, the new home of American Stage and other downtown attractions.
The Palais Royale was built about 1926 during the Florida boom. It was designed by architect George Feltham, who set up practice in St. Petersburg in 1913 and also designed the Ponce de Leon Hotel, First Baptist Church and the Green-Richman Arcade. Originally the Palais Royale housed a ballroom. A renovation completed in 1988 converted the ballroom into offices and retail and added a third floor and a skylight. The airy atrium is the building’s best feature.
